Our acclaimed Yoga Instructor, Clemmie London, initially found herself on a yoga mat in 2008 in Rishikesh, a bustling town in the foothills of the Himalayas - an area made famous for yoga by The Beatles and their Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Today she teaches classes with the same strong Ashtanga influences that she found in Rishikesh but with added Vinyasa and movement of the body with the breath.
Classes are typically 60-90 minutes, have a strong energetic flow and lots of opportunity to play, try new things and breathe.
